My approach to therapy
I take a collaborative approach with clients to build the courage and skills they need to address their concerns. I also work with folks on uncovering the roots of the issue when possible.
I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, grief, depression, navigating life transitions, identity, self-image, and past trauma. I also provide Christian counseling to folks to request it.
