Great to meet you!

I believe every client has what they need to heal inside them, and it's just my job to help you pull it out. I have years of experience working with children and families in various settings, including parenting education, trauma-informed practices and traditional talk therapy interventions. I look forward to working with children, families and adults ready to heal from grief, transitions, relationships, and those working to decrease symptoms of trauma, anger, anxiety and depression.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a partnership. We’ll work side by side to uncover useful skills, spot any patterns that might be holding you back, and find practical tools that you can use in everyday life. My goal is to help you recognize the thoughts and behaviors that impact your relationships and overall happiness.

What you can expect from me

I want to equip you with the tools you need to make lasting changes, so you can continue to grow even after our sessions. If you’re ready to take the next step toward feeling happier and healthier, I’d love for you to reach out. Together, we can navigate this journey and make meaningful progress!
