Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Liz. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with nearly 20 years of experience, including 13 years as a clinically licensed therapist. I believe therapy should feel comfortable, collaborative, and focused on what will actually help in your day-to-day life.

I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, postpartum changes, infertility, chronic health conditions, and caregiver stress. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing, identify what feels most important, and develop practical ways to help you feel more grounded and move forward.

My approach to therapy

I tailor therapy to your needs, goals, and circumstances rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. We may explore patterns, relationships, past experiences, or current stressors, while also focusing on the changes you would like to make now. I draw from evidence-based approaches and offer honest feedback, thoughtful support, and tools you can use outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brought you to therapy. We will talk about what has been difficult, relevant parts of your background, and what you would like to change or work toward. You do not need to share everything at once. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable and begin identifying a direction for our work together.
