Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Elizabeth — a wife, mother of two, and a dedicated healthcare provider with a passion for helping individuals achieve both mental and physical well-being.

My journey began with a background in Kinesiology, where I developed a strong foundation in exercise science and nutrition. Early in my career, I was focused on optimizing physical health, but over time, I found myself increasingly drawn to the mental health space. While working as a Family Nurse Practitioner, I recognized a growing and urgent need for compassionate, effective care for patients facing anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges.

As many providers hesitated to step into this realm, I welcomed the opportunity. I quickly built a strong following of patients seeking support as they waited months for psychiatric care. This experience inspired me to further my training and shift my focus — ultimately returning to school to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).

Today, I take an integrative and holistic approach to mental health care, combining traditional and alternative strategies to promote healing and restoration. My comprehensive intake process goes beyond symptoms — I take the time to understand your lifestyle, nutrition, physical health, and emotional well-being to create a full picture of your needs.

Together, we’ll explore personalized treatment options and create a plan that supports your journey toward balance, clarity, and optimal wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a commitment to truly understanding the whole person. I believe that meaningful healing happens when we take the time to explore all facets of a patient’s life — from sleep and stress levels to daily routines, nutrition, and even beverage choices. These seemingly small details often hold the key to achieving long-lasting improvement.

I take a thoughtful, stepwise approach to care. Rather than overwhelming patients with drastic changes, I focus on making small, sustainable adjustments that build momentum over time. My goal is to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, empowered, and motivated to take an active role in their health journey. With patience, intention, and personalized strategies, we work together to uncover and address the root causes — not just the symptoms.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to empower each patient to move toward the best version of themselves—mentally, emotionally, and physically. During our sessions, we work together to better understand your unique challenges and strengths, and I provide guidance grounded in evidence-based care, including nutritional support, lifestyle modifications, supplements, and medication when appropriate.

I believe in a collaborative approach where you remain at the center of your treatment journey. Rather than dictating a plan, I support you in making informed decisions that feel right for you. I view myself as a guide—someone who offers insight, tools, and perspective while honoring your autonomy and inner wisdom. Together, we’ll build a care plan that feels empowering, achievable, and sustainable.
