Great to meet you!

My availability is flexible with virtual and in-person appointment options. If you do not see a time or format that works for you, please, reach out. It is likely we can figure out something. Generally, our first appointment will be via televideo; then, if you prefer in-person appointments, we can look for a day and time that works well for that format.

I work with a diverse group of patients which is such a joy and honor. The only necessary quality I look for is the willingness to come and do the work with me. Looking for help and reaching out is evidence of the motivation to heal and thrive.

I have been a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner in Ohio for 14 years, and I hold a doctorate in nursing practice. My clinical practice encompasses a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including mood and anxiety disorders, thought disorders, trauma-related disorders, and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

I integrate evidence-based practice with a holistic, patient-centered approach that considers the different systems of which patients are a part. I supplement this with my 29 years of working with patients as both an RN and an NP. With expertise in both medication management and psychotherapy, I work collaboratively with patients to pursue their goals.

What you can expect from me

We will spend our first session developing a comfort level for our work together. I will work to understand what brings you to treatment, your history, and your goals, so we can develop a plan together.
