Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to helping individuals, couples, families, and adolescents navigate life's diverse transitions and challenges. My practice focuses on meeting clients exactly where they are, providing compassionate, collaborative therapy through convenient telehealth sessions.

Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients tackle stress, anxiety, sadness, and life transitions from the absolute comfort and peace of their own space. My practice is client-guided; we work as a team to find real solutions that work for you and your loved ones. As a military spouse, I bring personal insight and specialized support to military members, spouses, and their children navigating the unique demands and frequent changes of military life. As a parent, I am able to deeply understand, support, and craft practical tools that help families navigate all of the unique challenges and moments that arise.

I am here to support you through the hard times, provide tailored support for every unique season of life, and enthusiastically celebrate your victories along the way.

My approach to therapy

I like collaboration and problem-solving approaches, identifying and challenging the unhelpful thoughts and help replace them with ones that support the direction and feelings you'd like to work towards.

What you can expect from me

We will talk about past experiences that shaped you, present concerns you may have and future goals and values you'd like to attain.
