Great to meet you!

I’ve been a social worker for 4 years and have extensive experience assisting teens, adults, and families. I offer a collaborative approach to therapy and will closely work with you to attain your goals. I will offer a non judgmental and open space with an empathetic listening ear. I also enjoy being outdoors, I think fresh air can change a lot!

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is an open-minded and collaborative approach. I will lead with kindness, empathy, and a listening ear to help you determine your goals moving forward.

People come to my practice for support during difficult periods in their lives, when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward. Many are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, life transitions, or difficulties managing emotions.

My clients are often looking for a safe, supportive space where they can process their experiences, develop practical tools, and create positive, lasting change in their lives.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect some assessment questions so that I can get to know you a bit better. You can also expect some discussion around what you’re looking for within counseling so that we can discuss goals and if we will be a good fit moving forward.

If you have any questions or want to know more about my therapy sessions, please reach out to me! I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation where we can discuss what you’re looking for and determine if we’re a good fit
