Great to meet you!

What makes me different? I’m a survivor: I’ve been through it. I am committed to providing creative, dynamic, evidence-based mental health therapy to a diverse body of clients through Trauma-Informed individual and couples therapy. In our sessions, expect to laugh, cry, cuss (if you want to), have “lightbulb” moments, and be embraced for who you are. We’ll work together to improve your relationships, identify and change patterns and behaviors, grow your emotional intelligence, and break generational cycles to live your most authentic, fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

What makes me great? I’m a perfect balance of science, art, human-centered, and social-justice-rooted approaches. Beyond my rigorous academic, educational, and professional training, my lived experiences give me insight into how we cope with, move through, and liberate ourselves from our emotional wounds...and the transformative power of therapy.

Work with me. Together we got this! I specialize in evidence-based treatments, such as DBT, CBT, ACT, Trauma-Informed modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Art Therapy, Mindfulness, Mediation, Somatic (body-based therapeutic work), PTSD and Trauma Recovery.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect us getting to know each other. Our first few sessions will be relaxed conversations about what brings you to therapy, your hopes and desires, as well as digging into your lived experiences to get a good understanding of who you are and where I can meet you in session to build a roadmap of our work together.
