I specialize in working with people who have ongoing challenges with anxiety, depression, grief, relationships, stress, self-worth, and unresolved trauma.

I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for successful treatment and strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment in which my clients can explore their emotions and experiences; where both humor and vulnerability are encouraged, honored, and celebrated.

I work using an integrative model, melding several modalities such as EMDR, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused therapies to help individuals and couples navigate through their personal and relational struggles. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, meaning that I work with my clients to identify their unique needs and goals, and then tailor my therapeutic techniques to best support them.

Together we will explore how your past affects your present relationships and circumstances. We will collaborate on pathways to healing, well-being, and a greater sense of self. My goal is to help clients develop self-love and confidence as they gain insight into their past.
