My approach to therapy

IFS and Brainspotting set ups, EMDR if client is fully resourced and reporting specific intrusive memories and CBT for fine tuning

What you can expect from me

Identified symptoms of emotional activation, distress and mental unrest will diminish in frequency, intensity and duration. In many cases clients report complete freedom for initial complaints.

Clients with OCD report significant decreases or complete freedom from symptoms. Clients with Panic disorders report freedom to participate in previously avoided activities and clients with anxiety report ability to function and participate in situations which were previously avoided.
