Great to meet you!

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker and have provided therapy to individuals and families since 2018. Currently, I work with women aged 18-60 who need support with ADHD, trauma, sleep issues, anxiety, struggling with change, or a growing sense of disconnection.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is conversational, collaborative, and engaged. Together, we will navigate the challenges you're facing and create a path that aligns with your goals. I tailor our work to your pace and your needs, with a focus on helping you feel more empowered as you move through daily stressors and life changes.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll take time to create a space where you feel safe to talk openly. We'll explore what brought you in, what you're hoping to get out of therapy, and what a meaningful outcome looks like for you. From there, we'll begin shaping a plan that fits you.
