Great to meet you!

Elizabeth is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has worked as a Psycho Therapist for over twenty years. I love helping clients find solutions to issues they are facing. I have found most issues can be addressed briefly and from a solution- focused approach and enjoy helping clients find the strengths that they already possess.

I provide individual Telehealth to persons seeking clarifications to life stressors such as depression, anxiety, loss, grief, end of life issues, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

My specialty is mood disorders, anxiety, depression, major life transitions, chronic health issues and major trauma. I work with many first responders, federal agents, police officers and firefighter and respond to crisis situations.

What you can expect from me

My first session is open, nonjudgemental, humorous, compassionate and unconditionally supportive. I want a good foundation of the issues you are facing, your goals in seeking help and to explain how we can collaboratively, as a team find solutions. First, I applaud your courage in seeking help.
