Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a clinical health psychologist who works with people experiencing life transitions. I have specialized training in perinatal/reproductive mental health and sleep, meaning I work with people who are pregnant, postpartum, are going through perimenopause, and who are having difficulty sleeping.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a non-judgmental space where you can feel safe exploring your thoughts and feelings. Together we will work to get you some distance from bothersome thoughts and feelings, process your emotions, and increase your self-compassion to help you work towards your goals.

What you can expect from me

I provide evidence-based psychotherapy, which means therapy that has been tested by science. These therapies have been shown to improve sleep, anxiety, trauma, depression, and adjustment to life changes like the postpartum period.
