Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Elizabeth Davis, and I am a dedicated therapist with a Bachelor, Master, and Doctor of Social Work degrees. My approach to therapy is deeply informed by both my academic background and my real-world experiences, including my prior service in the military.

I specialize in working with individuals facing challenges related to trauma, addiction, and relationships.

My approach to therapy

My clinical approach is integrative and personalized, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Whether you're navigating past wounds, seeking healthier relationships, or working toward recovery, I aim to create a supportive, goal-oriented space where healing and growth are possible.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a collaborative process designed to support you in understanding yourself more deeply, working through challenges, and improving your emotional and mental well-being. While each individual’s experience is unique, my goal is for you to gain relief from symptoms, increased self-awareness, improved coping skills, enhanced relationships, a greater sense of control and empowerment, and lasting change.
