Great to meet you!

Great to meet you! I'm Elizabeth, a Licensed Mental Health Therapist who helps people move through life's hardest moments and come out the other side steadier and more themselves. I work primarily with two groups: girls ages 15 and up navigating the ups and downs of the teen years, and women facing life's bigger challenges including depression, anxiety, menopause, and major life transitions. Whatever you're carrying, you'll find a space here that's safe, supportive, and judgment-free a place to actually be heard. I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR and CBT, to help you understand how past experiences shape your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors today, and together we'll build practical coping skills and real resilience so you can move toward lasting healing and growth not just symptom relief.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem challenges, career concerns, postpartum adjustment, and the unique needs of families with special needs. My approach is individualized and grounded in evidence-based practices, drawing from a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet each client's specific needs and goals. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor treatment to support meaningful and lasting growth.

What you can expect from me

I have experience working with diverse populations and currently focus on supporting adults through life's challenges and transitions. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful change. Taking the first step toward therapy is a courageous decision, and I commend you for investing in your well-being and personal growth.
