Great to meet you!

Hello,

I am excited for the opportunity to work with you to improve your life! I specialize in working with children (5+), teens, young adults, and adults who have anxiety, trauma, ADHD and/or mood disorders (including self-injury or suicidal thoughts). I also work with individuals who are going through temporary stressors or just want to improve their lives.

My approach to therapy

I am a compassionate, non-judgmental, and understanding person who gently challenges people to overcome the obstacles they face in living a healthy, balanced, and fulfilling life.

I believe that change is possible if you have a safe environment to leave your comfort zone AND the skills needed to make those necessary changes. My goal is to provide that safe environment, teach the skills needed to make changes, and collaborate with you in order to achieve your goals.

What you can expect from me

When you enter therapy we will develop personal goals based on what you want to achieve. I will implement tools from various evidence-based therapies (DBT, CBT, EMDR, Play Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy). Throughout the process I will be teaching you strategies that you can implement on your own in order to increase self-efficacy, confidence, and independence.
