Great to meet you!

Liz DeVilleneuve, LICSW, she/her/hers (Eastern Washington University). I have worked with marginalized and minoritized groups for 10 years in community mental health and 16 years as a faculty counselor at the community college level. I've worked with people of all ages and backgrounds, experiencing a wide variety of emotional and behavioral needs. I am a mother of two, and I identify as Queer Latinx.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a social worker, I understand that you are a cultural being who is impacted and affected by the systems, environment, and historical context that you live in. This perspective allows us to better understand and address the stressors you may be experiencing, and develop more effective strategies to help. I create a space in our sessions where you are seen, heard, and supported in your development.

What you can expect from our first session

Your needs will change while you are working on your goals and growing, we will continuously check-in and adjust our sessions accordingly. We will work together for you to leave sessions with skills, plans, and goals to help you on your healing journey.
