Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Elizabeth. I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, or big life changes and want a supportive space to feel heard and understood. I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish, and many clients come to me because they feel more comfortable speaking in su idioma or want a therapist who understands both cultures. Clients describe me as warm, patient, and easy to talk to. My goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered as we work toward the changes you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and empathetic. I believe healing happens when you feel comfortable showing up as you are, without judgment. We’ll explore what you’re experiencing, identify the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build tools that help you feel more grounded and confident. I take an integrative approach that focuses on your strengths, your story, and what matters most to you. Whether we talk in English or en español, our work will move at your pace and honor your lived experience.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other. You’ll share what brings you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope to feel or understand better. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. I will listen closely, ask gentle questions, and help us begin shaping a plan that feels meaningful to you. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling understood, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
