Great to meet you!

Something feels off, even if life looks fine on the outside. You’re doing what’s expected, keeping it together, pushing through. But under the surface, there’s anxiety, overthinking, disconnection, or a quiet pressure to always be okay. It’s exhausting. And maybe you don’t have the words for it yet, but part of you knows something needs to shift.

I work with people who feel stuck in emotional patterns they can’t quite explain. These patterns often come from past experiences, unspoken wounds, or early relational dynamics. Whether you struggle with vulnerability, trust, self-worth, or feeling emotionally unsafe in relationships, none of that appeared out of nowhere. Together, we’ll begin to understand where it started and what healing might look like.

This is a space where your full story is welcome. You don’t need to minimize your pain, justify your identity, or carry it all alone. I bring a trauma-informed and holistic approach to therapy, making room for what’s present and what’s been quietly buried.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, empowering, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that you don’t need to be fixed. You need to be understood. I’m not here for surface-level work. I care about what’s really driving the anxiety, the overthinking, the emotional shutdowns, or the fear of getting close to others.

We’ll create a space where you can feel without apologizing, ask questions without being judged, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that have been ignored or shut down. Using a mix of evidence-based tools and relational insight, I help you build trust within yourself and with others in your world. If you’re craving something deeper and more honest, this is where we start.

What you can expect from me

Expect to feel seen without needing to perform. This is not a space where you have to have all the answers or say the perfect thing. It’s a space to be human.

Clients often leave sessions feeling more grounded, more aware of their needs and boundaries, and better equipped to handle life from a place of self-respect instead of survival mode. We’ll work on building emotional resilience, repairing inner trust, and moving toward relationships that feel more secure and less performative.

You don’t have to keep carrying it all alone. If you’re ready to explore what’s underneath the surface and start feeling more like yourself again, I’m here.
