I have 10 years of experience working in a variety of mental health clinics in Rochester, NY. Each setting helped shape my passion for this field. I have experience in long and short term care partnering with children, adolescents and adults. I enjoy working with couples as it provides opportunity to collaborate as a unit.
Finding the right therapist is not a ‘one size fits all’ mindset. I believe that the therapeutic relationship takes time and space to develop. As a result, I meet each individual where they are at in order to foster that connection. My view on therapy continues to adapt in order to remain up to date with relevant challenges that individuals may face. Therapy should be unconditional and empathetic to ensure the individual feels heard and validated.
