Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counsellor (LPCC) based in California. I received my Masters from Adler Graduate School in Minnesota and have been practicing since 2020. I help teens, young adults, and adults challenge unhelpful thinking patters to become the best versions of themselves.
My main methods of therapy are Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies. Both are evidence based therapy methods to treat a large variety of diagnoses and symptoms.
