Great to meet you!

I help individual patients work through their individual issues in a warm, supportive environment, to focus on healing from within. I also specialize in treating PTSD/trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and many other mental health difficulties. Currently accepting individual patients 18+ years or older, no couples or families at this time.

My approach to therapy

Using an eclectic mix of theories (CBT, ACT, psychodynamic, motivational interviewing, and solution focused), to help individuals work through their unique issues.

What you can expect from me

The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important first steps in therapy. Within the first session, we can discover if we are a good match, so that healing can be done in a safe and supportive environment.
