Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you are trying to manage everything on your own while carrying stress, trauma, anxiety, or challenges that leave you feeling emotionally exhausted and unsure of what to do next. You may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, weighed down by chronic worry, burnout, grief, sadness, or a growing sense of disconnection from yourself and the people around you. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, family issues, and trauma. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors, and as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Tennessee with 5 years of experience, my goal is to create a supportive space where you feel understood, empowered, and equipped to move toward healing and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to be honest about what you are carrying while also building practical tools that help you move forward. Therapy should help you better understand your patterns, strengthen your resilience, and create meaningful progress both in and outside of session. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from a variety of evidence based approaches including EMDR, Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness based approaches, and Gottman informed work. In our sessions, we may explore past experiences, identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, process difficult emotions, strengthen emotional regulation, improve communication, and develop healthier coping strategies for daily life. I often work with people navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, grief, stress, pregnancy related concerns, emotional overwhelm, low mood, family conflict, life transitions, and challenges with focus that can make everyday life feel especially difficult.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to show up as supportive, compassionate, encouraging, and nonjudgmental. I believe meaningful therapy is built on trust, safety, and collaboration, and I work hard to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. I will meet you with empathy while also helping you gently challenge patterns that may no longer be serving you. Whether you are working through trauma, anxiety, family challenges, burnout, grief, or uncertainty about what comes next, we will work together to build greater self awareness, healthier coping skills, stronger relationships, and a deeper sense of confidence, clarity, and emotional well being.
