Great to meet you!

I’m a mental health therapist focused on supporting individuals through life transitions including college-aged clients, middle-aged women and other adults navigating change. I understand that life is full of stages which bring excitement and growth alongside grief, pressure, and uncertainty. I aim to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and comfortable being themselves. My goal is to help clients navigate challenges with greater confidence, clarity, and self-awareness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in each client’s individual needs and goals. I work to create a nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly explore what they’re going through, build insight, and develop practical tools for managing life’s challenges. I especially enjoy working with college-aged individuals as they navigate transitions, stress, relationships, identity, and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and better equipped to handle what they’re facing. Over time, my hope is that clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, stronger coping skills, and more confidence in navigating the demands of everyday life. Therapy can be a place to process challenges, build resilience, and make meaningful progress toward feeling more grounded and balanced.
