Hello! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving adolescents and adults in Nevada and California. I provide individual therapy to individuals looking to better manage anxiety, stress, and life's many changes and challenges. I also work with individuals struggling with depression, trauma and OCD. I see clients either in-person or via Telehealth at my office in Zephyr Cove, Nevada.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I primarily work from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework, helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and develop practical skills to create meaningful change. Depending on your needs and goals, I may also integrate mindfulness and compassion-based practices, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, or Prolonged Exposure (PE) for trauma and PTSD.
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable sharing what’s bringing you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll talk about your goals, answer any questions you may have, and discuss how therapy might support you. If at any point we determine we’re not the best fit, I’m always happy to help connect you with other trusted providers in the community.
