Great to meet you!

I am a clinical psychologist who has been practicing for over eleven years and work with adults in Ohio. People I work with often come in carrying depression, anxiety, trauma, or a quiet frustration that their relationships never quite work the way they want them to. I work with people who are genuinely curious about themselves. Not just looking for a quick fix or a coping strategy (though those matter too), but interested in the why — why you feel the way you feel, why certain things keep happening, what's really driving the anxiety, the low moods, the way things go sideways in relationships. That kind of deep, honest self-understanding is what I find leads to change that actually lasts.

My approach to therapy

My approach is psychodynamic, which in plain terms means we go beyond symptom management and explore what's underneath. Together, we look at your history, your inner world of thoughts and feelings, your relational patterns — not to dwell on the past, but because understanding it truly frees you from it.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is a collaborative, welcoming space designed entirely around your comfort and needs. You can share whatever is on your mind, and we will explore what specific reasons brought you to therapy. I will strive to deeply understand your feelings from your perspective and to truly hear you and understand your unique story. We can start to talk about your goals.
