Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in South Carolina with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, co-dependence, caregiver issues, family conflicts, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. A core belief that drives my practice is that unconditional positive regard is the foundation that any supportive relationship is built on.

My approach to therapy

My approach to client care is patient-centered, strength-based, trauma informed, advocacy. Therapeutic interventions and clinical skills I have the most training in include Cognitive behavioral therapy, Suicide prevention, SBIRT, active listening, and motivational interviewing. However, I recognize that trauma and family dynamics impact individuals throughout their life.

What you can expect from me

My clients have described me as approachable, straight forward, non-judgmental, caring, and as a good listener.

I know from personal experience the amount of courage and resilience it takes to take the first step of recognizing you need support, to finding a counselor that is a good fit, and showing up for yourself in and out of therapy. If you are ready to take that step with me or simply talk about what therapy is like, what to look for, and what your needs are; I am here for you.
