I believe change and finding meaning is possible. I have been working with people of all ages as they move from one stage of life to another. I have witnessed many moments of insight. These moments of awareness can drive healthy channels for transition.

I use a strength based approach. As I get to know you I chose interventions to bolster your self esteem and self awareness.

I hope that clients feel heard and supported. I usually identify some actions that they can make to begin to integrate change.
