Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Elizabeth. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable enough to be yourself—messy thoughts, big emotions, and all. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I work with children, teens, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, neurodivergence, and crisis situations. With experience in both outpatient therapy and pediatric crisis care, I understand how overwhelming life can feel when you’re struggling, and I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in the way, build practical tools for coping, and work toward a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and authentic. Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, healing from past experiences, or simply trying to understand yourself better, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in that process.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe each person is the expert on their own life, and my role is to provide a safe, supportive space where healing, growth, and self-discovery can occur. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed care while tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Whether clients are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, neurodivergence, or relationship challenges, I strive to help them build on their strengths, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
