About Me

Hello, I am glad that you are here. I have been a psychotherapist for over 25 years. My commitment to you is to be a good listener, nonjudgmental, and to provide you with a safe space. We can join together to help you to master your best approach to a balanced life. My particular style is person centered, focused on healing and is holistic; I work with the whole being that is you. As your therapist, I will work with you to provide you with skills to cope and successfully manage and treat the distress.

In times of crisis I have worked with people with HIV/AIDS and most recently, survivors of COVID-19 and their families. My goal is to offer you support through the many challenges that you may encounter in life. Anxious, depressed, having problems focusing or concentrating, have a life event that has left you feeling hopeless? I am here to help.

I specialize in working with children and their families, young adults, the elderly as well as the LGBTQ+ community. Anxiety, depression and somatic complaints are part of my everyday practice. Need guidance and support? I am here to help you towards the journey to become the best version of yourself.
