Great to meet you!

I am originally from Richmond, VA but moved to St. Augustine to attend Flagler College . I absolutely fell in love with this charming town and have lived here ever since. I am a mama to two little boys and love spending my free time with at the beach. I believe therapy is a place where you can show up exactly as you are—no judgment, no pressure, just space to be heard and supported. My role is to walk alongside you, offering tools, perspective, and encouragement as you navigate life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

I specializes in working with adolescents and adults to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, relationship/marital issues, infidelity, divorce, self-harm, abuse, lack of coping skills, chronic illness and low self-esteem. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but I always tailor sessions to your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, my hope is that you leave each session with something meaningful—whether that’s a new tool to practice, a fresh perspective, or simply the relief of having a safe place to process what is on your mind. Therapy is a process, and while it takes time, each step we take together is meant to bring you closer to feeling more grounded, empowered, and at peace.
