Great to meet you!

Now accepting new clients.

As a therapist, I prioritize providing a non-judgmental space for people to express their thoughts, emotions, and goals. I have 7 years’ experience working with people who are facing chronic illness, end of life, and grief. In both the ordinary as well as the most unexpected or challenging circumstances in life there are ways to reduce distress, notice joy, feel more whole, and find hope.

My approach to therapy

I use a strengths-based, narrative approach to help people on a path toward uncovering meaning, improving connections and relationships, and approaching personal goals.

What you can expect from me

Talk therapy can promote movement away from feeling stuck and toward healing from the past, opening space for the experience of greater joy and fulfillment. Setting aside dedicated time for yourself to reflect, process change ,and develop adaptive strategies can be an integral step in caring for yourself as well as for those you love.
