Great to meet you!
I'm a licensed psychologist with a PhD and over 30 years of clinical experience working with adults through some of the most difficult chapters of their lives — depression, anxiety, OCD, grief, relationship struggles, and questions of identity. I trained at The New School for Social Research, one of the country's leading psychodynamically-oriented programs, and that foundation shapes everything I do. I'm LGBTQ+ affirming and have worked extensively with queer adults, people navigating complex relationship patterns, and individuals from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. People often come to me after trying other approaches that helped but didn't go deep enough. I'm interested in the whole person — not just the presenting problem, but the history, the patterns, and the dynamics that made you who you are.
