With over 20 years of experience helping clients navigate challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions I want to work with you to uncover strengths, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful change.

I want to start where you are and work together to help create and meet meanigful goals in your life. I have been trained in evidence-based treatments for trauma, insomnia, relationship difficulties and chronic pain.

In the first session my goal is to build rapport, understand your unique needs and goals and to collaborate to identify a treatment plan in moving forward that will be effective.
