Great to meet you!

I believe that healing begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. As a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master's degree in Social Work, I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care.

My approach to therapy

Using a compassionate, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach, I incorporate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients develop practical tools for everyday life.

What you can expect from me

When we begin our therapeutic relationship, we will discuss your concerns, explore your goals, and develop a treatment plan together. Helping others find hope, healing, and personal growth is more than my profession—it's my purpose. I am dedicated to empowering my clients to embrace their strengths, overcome life's challenges, and create positive, lasting change for themselves and their families.
