I earned my masters from Columbia University, from a counseling program emphasizing racial-cultural and social justice. I work with adult clients experiencing a wide range of issues.

I'm a multilingual neurodivergent therapist and specialize in neurodivergent issues, anxiety, depression, boundaries, self-esteem, multicultural/identity issues, and building coping strategies and tools for a wide range of presenting concerns.
