Great to meet you!

Life can get messy and we all need some help from time to time. Congrats on taking the first step! I am a multilingual licensed mental health therapist. I earned my masters from Columbia University, from a counseling program emphasizing racial-cultural and social justice. I work with adult clients experiencing a wide range of issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, empathic, direct, and goal-oriented. I'm a multilingual neurodivergent therapist and specialize in neurodivergent issues, anxiety, depression, boundaries, self-esteem, multicultural/identity issues, and building coping strategies and tools for a wide range of presenting concerns.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave our sessions feeling supported and heard, as we collaboratively dive into the emotional blocks standing in the way of the life you want to create. My warm, empathic, and goal-oriented approach focuses on uncovering effective coping strategies and setting attainable goals, all rooted in evidence-based practices. Together, we will navigate life's challenges and work toward healing and personal growth.
