Great to meet you!

My career and mental health began with a focus on severely mentally ill clients, providing me with a robust foundation of understanding and empathy that has shaped my professional journey over the span of a decade. I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations, including both children and adults who confront a variety of challenges such as mental illness, chronic pain, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. This exclusive experience has enriched my ability to connect with clients on a profound level, fostering an environment of trust and healing.

My approach to therapy

Throughout my career, I have witnessed the resilience of the human spirit and the transformative power of therapy. It remains my joy and privilege to support clients as they confront and conquer the barriers that impede their well-being. My approach is rooted in compassion with a deep commitment to facilitating personal growth, enabling individuals to reclaim their lives and pursue their fullest potential.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on getting to know each other. This is an opportunity for you to share your story, identify your goals, and recognize any stumbling blocks you may be facing. Rather than processing emotions in this initial meeting, we will engage in a question-and-answer format that allows you to gain insight into your life and mental landscape. This foundation sets the stage for our future work together, creating a clear pathway towards your psychotherapeutic goals.
