Great to meet you!

Elizabeth's passion in life has always been to provide relief and hope to all of her clients. Elizabeth started in the field of mental health, as Respite Worker, Clinical Case Manager, a Crisis Counselor at a suicide hotline, and now a Therapist. Elizabeth's goal is to provide support to those who are willing to take the next step in their journey.

My approach to therapy

Elizabeth has the experience and is certified in trauma focus cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, TEAM-CBT, IFS/EMDR, and solution-focus therapy. Elizabeth understands that coming to therapy can be challenging for anyone to face their internal struggles and to become comfortable with the uncomfortable. Elizabeth takes an empathetic approach and meets you where you are at in your therapeutic journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients will learn to be their own main of support and advocacy. Clients will learn ways to challenge their unhelpful thoughts and replace them with more rational and helpful ones. Clients will learn to soothe themselves when facing uncomfortable emotions and become their own means of support.
