Great to meet you!

I’m Elizabeth, a Filipina American Psychiatric‐Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Her Mind & Wellness. My practice is built on the belief that mental‐health care should feel human, culturally aware, and deeply supportive.

I believe healing happens when you feel seen, safe, and understood. My practice blends modern psychiatry with a nurturing, human approach — creating a space where you can breathe, reset, and rebuild your wellness with guidance that feels gentle, clear, and empowering.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with women, mothers, first‐generation professionals, healthcare workers, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, and identity‐related stress.

I blend evidence‐based psychiatric care with a warm, relational approach that honors your cultural story, your strengths, and your healing pace. My goal is to help you feel grounded, empowered, and connected to a version of yourself that feels whole.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming environment where you’re encouraged to slow down, breathe, and share at your own pace. I’ll spend time getting to know you — your story, your symptoms, your stressors, and what you’ve been carrying. We’ll talk about what’s been working, what hasn’t, and what you hope to feel or experience differently.

Your first visit includes a thorough psychiatric evaluation, gentle questions, and space for you to ask anything you need. My goal is for you to leave feeling understood, supported, and with a clear sense of what our next steps will look like. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that feels realistic, collaborative, and aligned with your goals.
