You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in familiar patterns such as overthinking, people-pleasing, feeling disconnected from themselves or others, or navigating life transitions that have left them unsure of what comes next.
I offer a supportive, relational space where we slow things down and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we look at patterns shaped by past experiences and relationships, and work toward building greater self-trust, emotional safety, and more fulfilling connections. My approach is collaborative and attuned—both warm and gently structured so you don’t feel alone in the process.
