Great to meet you!

Anxiety, depression, trauma, or life changes can leave you feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to turn. You deserve support that meets you where you are. I have over 20 years of experience in mental health, including community clinics and the past decade serving chronically homeless veterans through the Veterans Administration. I work with adults and seniors navigating mood disorders, addiction, grief, stress, and physical health challenges, helping you find hope, stability, and a path forward.

My approach to therapy

Your story matters, and therapy should reflect your needs, values, and goals. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution focused therapy, and motivational interviewing to help you manage anxiety, depression, stress, and difficult emotions. With specialized training in trauma informed care, I work collaboratively with you to build practical coping skills and create a treatment plan that evolves as you grow. We will regularly review your goals to keep therapy meaningful and relevant.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you do not have to have everything figured out before we meet. Our first session is an opportunity for me to learn about you, your experiences, and what you hope to change. I will listen without judgment, answer your questions, and work with you to identify realistic goals. Together, we will begin building a treatment plan that fits your needs and strengths, creating a supportive space where you can feel heard, develop healthier coping skills, and move toward lasting change.
