Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with many years of practice experience including executive, clinical and case management roles. I have a wealth of knowledge and information that crosses cultural lines. I am open and non judgemental and can work at the clients pace while encouraging growth and stability.

My approach to therapy

I am open, non judgemental and offer an eclectic group of practices to match clients needs, as there is not a one size fits all approach. I am trauma based and understand each individual has different perspectives and perceptions about their life experiences.

What you can expect from me

During our first session we will get to know each other. I will encourage you to share why you chose therapy at this time in your life. I will answer any questions you may have and we will come up with a fluid and flexible plan for our sessions that is able to adapt as your needs change.
