Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Elizabeth, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I work with adults struggling with anxiety, overthinking, codependency, and unhealthy relationship patterns.

Many of my clients feel like they “should have it together,” but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained in their relationships. Some come in thinking they have ADHD, only to discover their symptoms are rooted in anxiety, trauma, or chronic stress.

I’m warm, direct, and practical. Together, we identify what’s driving these patterns and build tools so you can feel more grounded, confident, and in control.

If you’re ready to understand yourself on a deeper level and create healthier relationships, I’m here to help.

My approach to therapy

My approach is real, conversational, and practical. You don’t have to worry about being judged or overanalyzed. I create a space where you can actually exhale and feel understood.

I use CBT, attachment-based work, and practical tools to help you understand the patterns behind your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. We don’t just talk about problems, we break them down and actively work on changing them.

I’m direct, collaborative, and very human. I won’t just sit back and nod... I’ll help you connect the dots, understand the “why” behind your patterns, and give you tools you can use in real life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a relaxed, open conversation where you can set the pace. You don’t need to have everything figured out, I’ll help you sort through what’s been feeling overwhelming and connect the dots.

We’ll talk about what brought you in, what’s been weighing on you, and what you want to change. I’ll help you start identifying patterns and create a clear direction for our work together.

Most clients say the first session feels like finally taking a breath... comfortable, supportive, and not nearly as intimidating as they expected.
