Hello, my name is Elizabeth. My pronouns are they/them/elle. I identify as a bicultural nonbinary therapist. I have lived experience as a queer Mexican therapist myself, in addition to professional experience. I have worked with the LGBT community for several years connecting clients to not only mental health, but medical gender affirming care as well.
I use a very humanistic client-centered approach in my practice with a social justice lens. I am human with you in the room. I believe who you are as a person does influence who you are as a therapist and I am therefore open to personal questions you may have about me.
As a client, you can expect to receive unconditional positive regard and understanding. You will receive consistent warmth and encouragement from me to feel more confident in your own choices and increase your overall sense of self-worth. You do not need to perform or produce in order to deserve care.
