Great to meet you!

My name is Elizabeth. My pronouns are they/them in English and ella/elle in Spanish. I am a bicultural nonbinary therapist. Both of my parents were immigrants and I grew up going back and forth from LA and Mexico. I have worked with the LGBT community for several years connecting clients to not only mental health, but medical gender affirming care as well.

My approach to therapy

I use a very humanistic client-centered approach in my practice with a social justice lens. I am human with you in the room. I believe who you are as a person does influence who you are as a therapist and I am therefore open to personal questions you may have about me.

What you can expect from me

As a client, you can expect to enter a space where you will be met with genuine care and curiosity. You will be held accountable with warmth and understanding. And you will receive consistent encouragement from me to feel more confident in your own choices and increase your overall sense of self-worth. You do not need to perform or produce in order to deserve care.
