Great to meet you!

If you are seeking understanding, validation, encouragement, and guidance through life’s stressors, I would like to welcome you to this place of healing. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical and Mental Health Counseling from Stephen F Austin State University. My goal is to offer a safe, interactive, nonjudgement environment to process emotions, trauma, and everyday stressors so that you can understand yourself and learn new skills to take home after sessions.

My approach to therapy

I have discovered that the best approach to anyone seeking healing is to meet them where they are My personal approach to therapy is a person-centered, choice-based approach to therapy. Meaning that I want my clients to feel they are the captains of their own ships and that they can feel supported and validated in their choices.

What you can expect from me

My job is to facilitate a place for personal growth and to provide tools in your toolbox to use in times of stress. I also highly encourage my client to feel that they are also free to express themselves ( I have plenty of arts and crafts if you wish to use them in session !
