Hi! I'm Elizabeth and I am an LPC specializing in anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, and women's issues. I have been practicing therapy for 4 years. I look forward to meeting with my clients to inspire change and encourage growth throughout our time together.
My style is warm, calm, and welcoming. I incorporate humor into our sessions to make the session feel more human. I do practice from a talk therapy style and can add structure if needed.
In our first session we will spend time discussing your background, mental health history, and what brings you in to therapy. We will create a set of goals to work towards in our time together.
