I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) licensed in Florida with over 18 years of professional experience supporting individuals and couples through a wide range of emotional and life-stress challenges. I am a former military wife and I have lived and worked as a counselor in the US, Europe and Asia. I've lived in Key West, Tampa, Miami, Key West, Minneapolis, Germany, the United Kingdom and Romania -that was a great assignment on a NATO base working with deployed soldiers-.

I work hard to provide a respectful, kind, efficient, open, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel truly seen and heard. My work focuses on exploring the thoughts, feelings and filters that might be holding you back, build insight into your emotional responses, and develop practical coping strategies that support a clear path towards relief.

I work best with individuals who are ready to engage in meaningful self-reflection and personal change — even if that beginning step feels overwhelming. You might be struggling with stress, anxiety, trauma or abuse, challenges with anger, or low self-confidence. Maybe you’re facing a major life transition or feeling stuck in familiar patterns that no longer serve you. In your first session, you can expect a focused, supportive, efficient space where we begin to identify and make sense of what's been feeling not right. I'll work with you to identify key patterns in your thoughts, emotions and behaviors, and together we'll create clear, practical steps so you leave that first session feeling more organized, grounded, and with a plan forward.
