Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Elizabeth Gyang, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a Master of Science in Nursing. I provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care in a supportive and judgment-free environment.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, mood disorders, and other mental health challenges. My approach is personalized, collaborative, and focused on helping each individual achieve emotional wellness and improved quality of life.

I believe every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to empower you and your family with the tools and guidance needed to navigate life's challenges and build lasting resilience.

I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward healing and wellness—one step at a time.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized. I take time to truly understand each client’s story—looking beyond symptoms to the root causes of distress. Whether we’re addressing anxiety, depression, ADHD, eating disorders, or mood instability, I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive conversation, lifestyle guidance, and optional faith-based insight. I honor your pace, respect your values, and believe in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My goal is to help you find clarity, regain balance, and move you or your family forward with confidence and connectedness.

What you can expect from me

Clients—whether children, teens, adults or family can expect a holistic and empowering experience in every session. I create a safe, welcoming space where emotions are honored and growth is supported at every stage. When working with children and families, I take time to understand the full story, offering tools that strengthen emotional resilience, focus, and connection. My approach blends clinical care with compassion, helping each person feel seen, supported, and capable of lasting change, individually and as a family unit.
