My approach to therapy

my approach to therapy is relational and grounded in the belief that healing occurs within a safe and authentic therapeutic relationship. I recognize that therapy is not one-size-fit-all process. each individual's story, pace and needs are unique. I strive to meet client where they are and collaborate with them to co-create a path toward growth and well-being.

Drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities my practice is eclectic and integrative in nature. My goal is to empower clients find healing, meaning, and resilience through compassionate, collaborative and relational therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

During the first session client can expect a warm and welcoming space focused on rapport building establishing a sense of trust, The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and for me to learn more about what brings you to therapy. We will discuss current concerns, personal goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Together we will identify priorities for treatment and develop a plan that aligns with your unique needs and pace. We will also review confidentiality; answer any questions you may have about the therapeutic process.
