Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Elizabeth! I’m a therapist with a background in supporting individuals through a variety of personal, emotional, and life challenges. My approach is warm, compassionate, and person-centered, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I work alongside each client to explore their concerns, identify their strengths, and develop strategies that align with their goals. My goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is grounded in person-centered care, with an emphasis on empathy, collaboration, and genuine connection. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences, challenges, and goals. I meet each client where they are and tailor therapy to their individual needs, strengths, and values. My goal is to empower clients to gain insight, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will provide a welcoming, comfortable, and nonjudgmental space to begin getting to know one another. We’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process. Together, we’ll identify initial goals and develop a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you. You’ll have space to share what feels important while we establish a foundation for our work together.
